Working with a system that is using an NI-7340 controller to drive stepper motors and using NI Max to checkout the motor operation. Earlier in the checkout process NI Max allowed motor operation with no limit switch activity. All was good. Later (somehow?) NI Max displayed indicators showing 'Both Limit Switches are Active' and 'Home Switch is Active'. Note the limit and home switches are not connected. This prevents further motor activity. I have gone into each axes 'Motion I/O Settings' configuration page and disabled all forward, reverse and home limit switches but this has not removed the limit or home switch 'active' indicators. I have also restarted the system by cycling power after disabling the limit and home switches and rechecked that the switch disabled selections were still in place. Does anyone know how to de-activate the limit switch indicators in NI Max?
