For many manufacturing industries, it is necessary to build a dust-free purification workshop, but different industries and different products have different requirements for the purification level of a dust-free workshop, even in the same industry, in different production environments, different purification levels The production tasks of the workshop are also different, and the requirements for the purification level of the clean room are also different. Therefore, many equipment manufacturers will encounter such problems when choosing linear modules. What kind of linear modules are suitable for their own clean room? How can we provide cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs?

First of all, we must understand the definition of dust-free workshop, which is also called a clean room. It is the basis of pollution control, controlling the concentration of aerosols in the air, in order to achieve the appropriate level of particle cleaning. Clean room refers to the removal of particulate matter, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air in a certain space, and to control indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, wind speed and airflow distribution, noise, vibration, lighting within a certain range of requirements , electrostatic and other special design. Generally, the dust-free workshop is divided into six grades. According to the dust content from small to large, they are Grade 1, Grade 10, Grade 100, Grade 1000, Grade 10000, Grade 100000. Grade 1 is the highest, and the most common ones are from Grade 100 to Grade 100000. The industries corresponding to this part of the grade are mainly the pharmaceutical industry, laboratories, operating rooms, integrated circuit production, optical devices, micro-shafts, gyroscopes for bearing testing and assembly aircraft, production of hydraulic equipment or pneumatic equipment, production of food and beverages, Pharmaceutical industry, parts assembly, etc. In order to achieve such a scene standard, the structure and performance of the linear module itself need to be concerned with the following factors.
1.Product Material
Chromium bearing steel profiles, such as GCr15, pay attention to the quenching process;
Carburized bearing steel profiles, such as G20CrMo, pay attention to the quenching process;
Industrial aluminum profiles, some places where the load capacity is not high are usually used industrial aluminum profiles. As we all know, industrial aluminum profile is an alloy material with aluminum as the main component. The material of aluminum alloy is light, the hardness can meet the requirements of the guide rail, and the weight of the equipment can be reduced to a certain extent. The surface of the aluminum profile is bright and silver, with beautiful appearance and good corrosion resistance, suitable for medical equipment and high-end equipment. Some linear modules will also use high-strength aluminum alloy materials as bases, aluminum alloy slides, etc.;
Stainless steel profiles, some Japanese linear guide rail brands, such as HIWIN, some guide rail will use stainless steel profiles, usually represented by the letter M;
Carbon steel profile, carbon steel profile is also a kind of linear guide profile material that many well-known brands will choose.
Linear guide rail profiles are generally metal profiles, usually mainly aluminum profiles. Industrial aluminum profiles are generally selected for the rail profiles of linear guide rails and the slider profiles of linear guide rails, because from the requirements of rail profiles for precision and load capacity, industrial aluminum profiles can generally meet the requirements.

The first is the smoothness of the module. Whether it is a large lead or a small lead, it must be smooth and steady. In the industry's words, it is called a sense of damping.
The second is noise. In fact, the module must have no stuck points, and the concentricity must be high to ensure smooth and no stuck points.

The fourth is the structure of the module. The simple structure saves the space of mechanical design. There are various installation and connection mode options and accessory designs, which can be matched with various motors and motor control regulators.
