LabVIEW interface with Lti Servoone driver via PROFIBUS

Hello all, Currently I am working on a torque and speed testbench project. The main task is to establish the communication between the AC servo motor's driver which is from LTi moton company and the driver is single axes servoone driver and LabVIEW in PC. I tried communicating with the driver using USB (VISA). But due to the firmware update which they made few years ago it is not functioning. As per the data sheet, The driver allows Profibus, EtherCAT and SERCOS communication protocols to establish a communication. Now, I have the following doubts

1) Which will be the best protocol to choose and program in LabVIEW out of these three?

2) Can the communication be directly established between the PC and the driver without any national instruments device such as cRIO, PCI/PXI?

3) If I am using the PROFIBUS protocol for communication, can I buy a profibus to USB convertor to have the connection as USB in my PC and use VISA serial commication functions to communicate with the driver.

It would be really great, If you could guide me with this to get my PC interfaced and communicate with the driver. If you also have anyother suggestions kindly do write. It would be of a nice favor.

Thank you.
