3 phase supply to motor input voltage

 i have taken this screen shot from NI example of wind turbine with DFIG. i just need to ask one thing,
why ''1'' i applied to amplitude of power grid is applied, i mean 60 Hz frequency is clear to me that 3 phase power have 60 Hz frequency but what is mean by 1? is it power voltage current or what ? please help
