problem with NI UMI 7774 and NI PCI 7334, (limits switch, and the motor movements)

Hi, i work with these components to create the steppers motors control of the CNC milling machine with three axis.

On my first tests,I have controlled the three axis with MAX and Motion Assitant, with movements of both sides, y also I had a good comunication with the PC, the NI PCI 7334, the UMI 7774 and the motor drivers. The movements of the motor, the velocity, the steps and the revolutions were good and respected.

The next step would be to connect the limit switch and the encoders, but My problem occurred, when i connect the limit swich (Forward, Reverse, and Home), at first if worked, whether it respected the limits switch but eventually, the movements that I was doing were wrong.

the problems that appeared are as follows:

-Some movements of the Axis are not done [for example, the movement negative of axis 1 (x), or the movement of the negative of axis 2 (y)], the movements apear in the MAX but not done on the stepper motors.
-The comunications with the UMI and the Motion Assistant is very slow and locks
-The movements with tow axis not done.
-La signal of the limit switch is not respect

***The new problem that i have it always are active the limit switch (forward, Reverse and Home), in all the axis. so to realice the movements i have to disable the limits switch, but, also occurs the other problem the movements of the motors on some directions presented in MAX, but the motor does not move.

I have already done the test that apper on the next link:

http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/10288F00396F007B8625793500664E78

-The test to the check for issues with the cable are good
-The test to check for issues with the UMI board: are good

*But The test to check for issues with the 73xx controller board, were not good

*The first step is: With both the 73xx and the UMI powered on, probe pin 6 of the UMI board. A voltage close to 24V should be read on this pin as long as the axes are enabled in MAX, since pin 6 corresponds to the enable signal.

and the result was that the voltage is close to 5.25 volts, not 24 Volts.

In short the problem is that the motors doesn't move acording the MAX in the most of the times, and the limits switch always are active doesn't matter if really are activated or not are actived.

**I wonder if you can help me to determine, if my components are failing (UMI 774 or PCI 7334), or if there are other tests that can be performed to see if running them. or another recommendations.

Thank yout a lot.
